The flavor's trips
Is November 23 rd 2008 the Ancient Amistani Wine Cellars - Cà Bressa -held in Pederiva of Montebelluna the first edition of 'I viaggi del gusto' (The flavor's trips), experiences of flight and a street experience in the Tastes of the Memory and in the Colors of the Truth.

The oenogastronomic event of the autumn, therefore, in which history, tradition, culture of the food and of the wine gave life to a unique excursion between the magic of the sky and the genuineness of the true products of the territory.

During the event some interpreters of the street food. proposed their delights, made available to all for the taste and a profesisonal team of sommelier offered the wines of our Trevisan history.

Not only tasting and fun, therefore, on the contrary discovery and exploitation of the territory over that return to the ancient origins and to the territorial gastronomic and cultural patrimony.

A valid occasion, besides, to join in conversation with whom the food and the wine directly lives and to learn from these curiosities, historical news and techniques of production related to the foods in tasting.

The great success of the initiative has been decreed by the presence of over thousand agreements.
